Strength:  3 x 20 Front Squat (5 lbs more than last week)

WOD:  3 rounds for time of:

3 Muscle Ups
6 Handstand Push Ups
9 Toes to Bar
12 Burpees

If you are wondering where the party is tonight, then you have not been paying attention.  The party is at a certain location and a certain time  and you should totally be there.
